Made a salad dressing today for this afternoon’s lunch. Is so delicious! Hubby simply finished up the whole salad with this dressing! I made some modifications to the original recipe due to lack of ingredients. I will try to make the exact same dressing the next time!

Homemade Ranch Salad Dressin

  1. 2 tbsp (2g) chives
  2. 1 tbsp (1g) dill
  3. 1 large clove garlic
  4. 1 tbsp (10g) diced onion
  5. 2 tbsp (4g) parsley
  6. 1/4 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  7. 1/4 cup (56g) homemade mayonnaise
  8. 1/4 cup (60g) coconut milk
  9. 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  10. 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients in a blender or container that you can use an immersion blender in.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Store for one week in the refrigerator.
  1. You can mix and match or omit the ingredients. I have omitted quite a few ingredients (chives, parsley, worcestershire sauce) as I did not have them on hand. Of course, the taste will be different, but I like the this version that I have done!
  2. You can also just mix everything in a bowl using a spoon if you do not need the dressing to be smooth!
